Covid-19 Health Declaration

IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT:

Before your appointment, please fill out the Health Declaration Form provided by your therapist.
When entering the building please sign in at the desk using the track & trace contact system.
Wash/sanitise your hands when you arrive. You will find hand sanitisers throughout the whole building
Face covering is mandatory throughout the building as well as the 2-metres-rule for social distancing when possible.
Feel free to bring your own water bottle and a blanket/home socks (if you like to be extra warm).
We will ventilate the treatment room as often as we can and thorough cleaning will be done between each client.

IMPORTANT: If you develop coronavirus symptoms before the treatment (high temperature, new dry cough, or experience a change or loss of your sense of smell or taste) please let your therapist know as soon as possible. There will be no cancellation fee for missed or cancelled appointments due to coronavirus symptoms. In case this happens, you will be able to reschedule your appointment to another available date totally free of charge.

My body temperature is lower than 98.6°F/ 37.5°C I am not experiencing the symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat I haven’t been in close contact with a Covid-19 patient in the last 14 days.
